We offer all aspects of property management based in the Polaris World’s La Torre golf resort with a truly personal approach. Clients receive a ‘one stop shop’ for the purchase, management and letting of their property with a dedicated letting and management team and a fully qualified and registered maintenance team for all your property needs.

Our aim is to offer a very personal service, meeting your individual requirements and provide high quality and well maintained accommodation so that you can enjoy a well earned break in an unspoilt part of Spain without the hustle and bustle of a package holiday.

We manage a number of high quality villas, apartments and townhouses on La Torre golf resort and will sort out all your accommodation needs so that you can get on and enjoy a totally relaxing time in the sun – playing golf, being by the pool or on the beach.

La Torre Golf Resort Information

La Torre golf resort is situated in a unique area of Spain and is an ideal place to start your holiday. La Torre offers wide avenues which are bordered with a variety of vegetation all based around an exceptional 18 hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design with easy access within 20 minutes to the beaches on both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean providing 170 km of beautiful coastline.

A free shuttle bus is available to the neighbouring Polaris World resorts to enable you to enjoy other Polaris World golf courses and restaurants, for example the shuttle to El Valle golf resort takes only 15 minutes and 25 minutes to the Mar Menor golf resort. In time, there will be access to a total of 9 Polaris World golf resorts all within a 25 km radius.

The resort offers a choice of 15 community swimming pools, with children's play areas and paddling pools, with all our holiday accommodation while some villas have their own private pools. Apart from golfing, tennis courts are available and private lessons can be arranged.

La Torre has its own town centre with a bank, two cash point machines, many restaurants including a Tapas bar, an Irish bar, waterside restaurants, ice-cream parlour, hair and beauty salon, gym spa and a well stocked supermarket where English daily papers and books are available along with home delivery. Cards for wifi use can be purchased for a small amount of euros – with computers available for use in part of the club house.  A number of recycling bins are available throughout the resort.

For your piece of mind, the gated entrance to La Torre has 24 hour security with regular patrols by highly qualified security staff.

Air conditioning is also standard in all apartments, town houses and villas at La Torre. Cleaning, laundry and a welcome pack are included in the price.

Other restaurants are also available within a short drive to cater for all tastes within the neighbouring villages of Roldan, Torre Pacheco and Balsicas.
