Most of the projects are apartments, although there is the build at Torre Canal which is a small development of 8 houses. The apartments are beautifully equipped and presented and all have been orientated to include a stunning view of the Mediterranean, the Mar Menor or both. When viewing an apartment it is always wise to remember that the sun rises over the Mediterranean and sets over the Mar Menor and therefore depending on which you would prefer you can choose the correct view.
All Grimanga projects in underfloor heating, a fantastic kitchen of very attractive quality units, a large 100 litre hot water tank, TV and telephone points in the living room and principle bedroom, superb fitted bathrooms. The blocks are smart with marble tiled entrance hallways, lifts with special keys for blind or handicapped, and a TV satellite aerial with 6 European channels.
There is a wide range of choice of different apartment developments down at the Tomas Maestre Marina on La Manga del Mar Menor, the new deep water marina on the Mediterranean. These are all located between 11km and 13km from Cabo de Palos on La Manga.

Seychelles … the seduction of the sea
On the beach of the Mar Menor with fantastic views across the Tomas Maestre Marina. From some of the apartments and in particular the penthouses there will be the view of the two seas and the opportunity to enjoy the sun rise and the sunset.
The shallow waters of the Mar Menor make this an ideal location for a family holiday, and like wise the healing properties of the Mar Menor make it an ideal spot for the older generation.
Seychelles is a development of two apartment blocks 8 floors high with garage underneath set around an octagonal pool. There will be further parking and gardens to the rear of the apartments and to the front is just beach. There is a beach bar, very popular in the summer months, within 200m of the apartments.

Los Miradores del Puerto
This is a development on the north side of the Tomas Maestre Marina with stunning views across the Mar Menor. The aspect of the apartment blocks is very cleverly orientated so that all of the apartments have a fantastic view across the Mar Menor and across the marina.
The development is of 7 blocks of apartments and around 30 townhouses (still to be released). The apartments have an underground garage which is available for at an additional cost, but there is ample parking around the apartments. There is a large community swimming pool already in place and a “soft tennis” court. The apartments have been built in an area already well stocked with shops, bar and restaurants and a bakery.
There are still a few apartments left in Bloque I which is already complete and naturally the prices are very competitive. Grimanga believe that when the whole area is completed in 3 years time that prices will have doubled in the development due to the natural price increase in the Costa Calida and impact the new deep water marina will have on price rises in that particular area.

Villas Frente de Marina
This luxurious low rise development is set in the heart of the Tomas Maestre Marina area. The marina itself is within 350m walk from the apartments. There are two blocks of apartments built by Grimanga each of only 4 floors. The apartments are light and spacious and large. The build quality of the apartments is very high and they have an air of tranquillity.
This development was built between existing Grimanga developments and so the whole area is completed. There is an attractive fountain, large swimming pool and garden areas. The promenade runs along the side of the Mar Menor up to the road and Pacque Boutie restaurant and to the south to the Marina. Beaches are within 100m but the Mar Menor itself is only 12m from the apartments and can be accessed via the steps down into the warm shallow waters.
Grimanga did not release these apartments for sale until the whole development was completed and there are only a handful of apartments still available for sale.
Prices include underfloor heating, as with all the developments, air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms and a safe.

Torre Canal
This is a residential development of 8 semi detached villas on 860m plots. Each of the villas includes a garage for 2 cars or 30m, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, large fully fitted kitchen, large lounge and dining area and an additional sun room with patio doors out on to the large surrounding terrace.
